Refund & Return Policy
A. General Policy on Refunds
PremiumBig offers a satisfaction guarantee within the limits defined in this policy. Due to the digital nature of the services provided, refunds are only issued if the purchased service is proven to be non-functional or not delivered.
All digital goods sold on our platform are intangible, non-returnable, and irrevocable. Once the product is delivered, it is deemed consumed and non-refundable, unless explicitly stated otherwise in this policy.
Customers are responsible for ensuring they have read and understood the Terms and Conditions before making a purchase.
We are not responsible for any account suspension, ban, or access restrictions resulting from violations of the file hosting provider’s policies.
B. Eligible Refund Cases
A refund may be granted in the following scenarios:
- Duplicate Orders: If due to a system error the same product or code is sold more than once instead of different items.
- Non-Functional Service: If the premium key or login credentials delivered do not function and the issue is reported to us within 24 hours of delivery.
- Incorrect or Misleading Product: If the product delivered materially differs from what is described on our site, and the key or account has not been used or activated, you must report it within 24 hours to our customer support ([email protected]).
C. Non-Refundable Situations
Refunds will not be issued in the following cases:
- The product was delivered, and the customer simply changed their mind or no longer needs it.
- Multiple products were purchased, and the customer wishes to keep only the most suitable one.
- Claims related to download speed, broken links, or content availability on the file hosting provider’s platform.
- Loss of access to an account due to violations of the provider’s terms of use.
- If the file hosting provider is no longer operational, is temporarily unavailable, or access to its services is restricted due to legal or technical issues.
D. Refund Procedure and Chargebacks
- Refund requests must be submitted to: [email protected] with your valid email address and order reference.
- Customers are responsible for ensuring the accuracy of their contact information. We are not liable for non-delivery due to incorrect or inactive email addresses.
- Chargeback Abuse Policy: If a customer falsely reports unauthorized use of their payment method, we reserve the right to dispute such claims through our acquiring bank and provide all transaction records and digital delivery logs as evidence. Fraudulent chargeback claims may lead to service suspension, a negative record in global fraud databases, and legal action as permitted by applicable laws.
- If an order is canceled before delivery and processing, a partial refund may be issued, deducting any applicable transaction or administrative fees incurred during the payment process.
- Refunds for eligible cases will be processed within 12 business hours upon approval.
