2. Subject This agreement regulates the rights, responsibilities, delivery, return, payment, and liability terms of digital content and services purchased by the cardholder through premiumbig.com.


3. Product and Service Description The buyer acknowledges that they are fully informed about the nature and content of the digital products (such as premium accounts, voucher codes) and agrees that these are classified as "digital services."


4. Delivery and Use

  • Digital products are delivered via email.

  • Delivery is usually completed within 24 hours of payment confirmation.

  • The buyer must keep credentials confidential and not share them with third parties.


5. Refund and Right of Withdrawal Due to the nature of digital products, there is no unconditional right of withdrawal under distance sales regulations.

However, a refund may be issued under the following conditions:

  • If the product has not yet been delivered at the time the refund request is made.

  • If the product has been delivered but the provided code or credentials have not yet been activated or used by the customer.

Usage and activation status will be verified via system logs and partner platforms. Once a code has been activated or used, no refund or cancellation is possible.

Buyers are advised to contact support before activating any delivered code if any concern arises.


6. Disclaimer and Support Policy

  • The seller is only responsible for delivering valid codes or login credentials.

  • Technical support for services must be provided by the original service provider (e.g., file hosting company).

  • The seller is a reseller only and is not affiliated with the technical infrastructure or customer support of those companies.


7. Fraud Prevention and Transaction Security

  • The seller reserves the right to cancel or delay suspicious transactions.

  • IP addresses and other identifying data are logged for fraud prevention.

  • False identities, stolen cards, or third-party use without authorization may result in legal action.


8. Disputes and Jurisdiction In case of disputes, the courts and enforcement offices of Izmir, Turkey shall have jurisdiction.


9. Acceptance and Acknowledgement By completing a purchase, the buyer confirms that they have read, understood, and agreed to the terms of this agreement.
